junior : 13 ans à 17 ans : le vendredi 19h15 à 20h30

adulte : 18 ans et  + :  le vendredi de 20h30 à 22h

il y a une petite erreur au niveau des horaires d'entrainement des adultes c'est 20H45 a 22H15 et la reprise pour les juniors est a 19H15 et pour les adultes 20H45.
